Band Practice: Day 2
Wow, waiting for this to load took literally forever. Nydia and I call it “The Eternity Line”, the name that goes for everything slow. Anyway, let's get on with the day, shall we? (BTW, why am I writing my blog in fully proper English? I mean like, come on, when I speak to my friends at school, we use so many slangs it's insane!) The day started like all days: a shower, me brushing my teeth, breakfast and the list goes on and on. I had left my music sheets at school, so I could pack more things into that damn, crappy, small bag. If you must know, I wasn't all that happy to go to school today. We're supposed to be on holiday, yet we have a ton of homework to do and band practice to go to. We started off with the usual “So” note, then scaling up and down. Then we proceeded to tonguing practice, from “Do” (low note) to “Dō” (high note). I love doing the easy bits, but then again the next songs we're starting are extremely difficult, and we're only on Grade...
