Today's Fun Features Corner

As I settled for lunch, Henry sat beside me. I love him, I really do, but I didn't expect him to be so sudden. Don't get me wrong, this gesture doesn't mean anything at all. He's my cousin, I shouldn't fall for him like this. It just so wrong.

We were having curry prawn noodles. I was smudged between Henry and Xiang Xiang, far away from my siblings. That's when Xiang Xiang piped up, “Eh, MacDonald (my nickname), you cannot eat using chopsticks meh?”

“Of course I can! What do you think?” I stood up to get a pair of chopsticks to prove Xiang Xiang wrong, but my damn brother beat me to it. “Oh, no more already leh!” I said using epic Manglish. I sat back down and Ama, my grandma came into the dining room from the kitchen. 

I was about to pick up my cutlery when Henry said, “Ama, Magdalene要筷子! (Ama, Magdalene wants chopsticks!)” I stopped dead in my tracks and looked at him. He just smiled like an evil phsyco. JK, I can't bear to talk about my favourite cousin like that.

“哦，我去拿。(Oh, I'll go get it.)” said Ama. I wanted to scream at her to stop, but I just kept my mouth shut. When Ama came back. Lol. What a day!
